Everyone Laughs At This Shelter Dog Because He Looks Like A “Hippopotamus” Yet He Is Trying To Satisfy Someone

When Wally first arrived at the town of Islip Animal Shelter, he had a terrible existence. He was about ten years old when he came stray, and it was obvious that he had lived abroad most of his life. Despite everything, Wally just wanted someone to love him unconditionally from the very beginning, and his new friends jumped into the shelter to show him all the affection he lacked.

Among other physical problems, Wally had a severe skin condition, was blind in one eye, and clearly stood out from the others. His new friends were worried that his strange appearance would scare away potential families, but they hoped that everyone would get acquainted with the wonderful dog that he grew to like very quickly.

Islip Town Animal Shelter Danielle Gourley, a veterinary technician, told The Dodo that the dog "loves to drool on you and will do anything for some food."He also enjoys relaxing by doing nothing but hanging out.

Wally is a wonderful dog with a lot of love to give and just wants to find a family to share with. However, the shelter has been housing the puppy for more than a year.

Senior dog Wally just wants to enjoy his golden years, and his rescuers are working hard to find him a family forever as fast as they can because living in the shelter is wearing him out.

Gorl noted, " he seems to be losing ground. He was happy when he first appeared. He enjoys going out, but he seems to be unhappy inside his house.

Wally will thrive in a quiet environment free of stairs, small children and other pets. Wally gives you his unconditional love, but other than that, all he wants is a family that understands his medical requirements.

All Wally wants to do now is spend the rest of his days cuddling with a family that appreciates him because he has lived a rough life.
